Hydraulic oil temperature is too high:


First of all, the temperature of the hydraulic oil is too high. According to the hydraulic theory and the above maintenance experience, the essence of the excessively high temperature of the hydraulic oil is that the heat is too fast and the heat is too slow. The hydraulic pump inlet line and hydraulic oil tank are not tightly sealed, the oil inlet filter plunger and the hydraulic system piping are not smooth. The internal leakage of the hydraulic pump will cause a large amount of displacement of the hydraulic oil, so that the temperature of the hydraulic oil rises rapidly due to heat generation. .


The internal passage of the hydraulic oil radiator is blocked, the dust outside the radiator is too large, the wind is not enough, and the hydraulic oil does not pass through the hydraulic oil radiator, etc., which may cause the hydraulic oil to be too slow and high temperature.     Case 1


The customer used a rotary excavator for three years, the reaction hydraulic pressure is weak, the speed is slow, and the hydraulic oil temperature is high. After entering the scene, we found that the hydraulic pump was noisy when the excavator was running at no load, and the two high-pressure tubes of the hydraulic pump were very vibrating, and the speed of the whole machine was slow. It is obvious that there is a problem with the hydraulic pump.


The disintegrated hydraulic pump found that the pump was repaired. The original assembler had no concept of the paired bearing of the Hitachi hydraulic pump when the bearing was replaced. The bearing clearance was too large and did not match, resulting in the scrapping of all accessories except the lifter and the transfer case. .


Replace the new parts and assemble the test vehicle according to the specifications. The hydraulic pump works smoothly and smoothly, and the strength and speed of the excavator are good. After half an hour of testing, the temperature of the hydraulic oil has risen to 90 °C. It seems that there is still a problem. The hydraulic filter is a new genuine piece. Look at the sealing performance of the hydraulic oil tank. The air is directly vented according to the exhaust valve. The machine is running 2 - After 3 minutes, there is significant pressure in the exhaust. This indicates that there is no problem with the hydraulic tank and the inlet line.


The surface of the hydraulic oil radiator is not much dust, the wind is large enough, and the air duct is normal. The temperature of the hydraulic oil radiator is only 40 °C when the temperature is measured by the infrared thermometer, while the temperature of the hydraulic oil pump and the hydraulic oil tank are respectively 92 °C. And 90 ° C! Hydraulic oil radiator brake?


The radiator was removed and it was found that there was no blockage inside the radiator. Check the hydraulic line and find that the check valve from the dispense valve to the hydraulic tank return line is not installed! This directly causes the hydraulic oil to work directly back to the tank without passing through the radiator. The oil temperature must be too high. So I ordered a check valve to install the test machine and the machine returned to normal.
