More and More Drone widely used in agriculture ,emergency communications, meteorological surveillance in China
With the rapid development of new generation information technology such as artificial intelligence and big data, the drone industry has risen rapidly. The drone does not need a pilot, does not have human physiological limitations and health damage problems, and has the advantages of flexibility, rapid response, multi-sensors, real-time image transmission, etc., and can perform tasks in a 3D environment. In recent years, drones have not only been widely used in the military field, but have also become more and more important in the civilian field.
According to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, as of December 31, 2017, the production of domestic civil drones in China reached 2.9 million in 2017, a year-on-year increase of 67%. China's civilian UAV research units and production enterprises have been increasing, including Dajiang, Yidian, Parrot and other technology companies. The types of civil drones are gradually enriched, including rotary wing drones, fixed-wing drones, and airship drones.
UAVs have exerted good technical and economic benefits in agriculture, forestry plant protection, power and oil pipeline inspections, emergency communications, meteorological surveillance, agricultural and forestry operations, marine watermark monitoring, and mineral exploration. In 2017, the number of Chinese agricultural and forestry plant protection drones reached 12,000, which greatly facilitated the protection of agricultural and forestry plants. The drone has the advantages of high work efficiency, all-terrain operation ability and water-saving and medicine-saving. It can realize low-altitude and low-volume application, spraying chemicals, seeds and powders. Whether it is hand sprayed or manned aircraft spray, plant protection drones have a unique advantage.
